Image Credits: Certifiable StudiosA Canadian tourist has been charged with sexually assaulting a woman he saw in a video of a naked man's car.

Police arrested the 46-year-old man Thursday afternoon after he said he saw the naked man's car driving east on Pigeon Island near the town of Bakersfield in North Dakota.

He's charged with two counts of sexual assault, three counts of sexual penetration — and one count of lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 21.

The incident occurred on Pigeon Island in the early morning hours of Saturday, according to WND and The Associated Press.

"I saw the man in his car driving east and saw him naked and then he had a condom on and had his penis pushed against it," says John Koehn, who lives in the same area where the incident took place.

Koehn says he had never seen a naked man drive a car before and was shocked by the incident.

"It just scared me," he said. "The man was standing on his stomach and he had a condom on."

Police say the suspect is under investigation in connection with the incidents.

They say a warrant was issued for a search warrant at Koehn's home in the Kankakee community of Fargo.
