To view the original lawsuit here you can download the PDF here . The original lawsuit originally went back to the US Department of Justice (DOD) which did not allow file sharing via the web. But since it was a civil matter that could have been appealed to the US Supreme Court (which we will examine in detail in a bit), the US government decided to let the DOJ go ahead and issue a DMCA takedown notice. (The DOJ also allowed a bunch of other agencies to share their files via the web for free, which is awesome for any media that will do so.)A new survey shows that 40 per cent of people living in cities and the suburbs want to live in more affordable homes.

The survey, conducted by Ipsos Mori, found that 40 per cent of people living in cities and the suburbs want to live in more affordable homes, with 40 per cent saying they want to live in one or more more.

A further 12 per cent said they had no intention of moving and 13 per cent said they did not plan on moving.

This compares with just 3 per cent who said they planned to move to a new home, and 1 per cent only planning to move to an apartment. The survey also found that 42 per cent of people living in suburbs said they were considering moving to a new home.

Only 15 per cent of people living in the north-west, east Midlands and the Midlands said they wanted to move to the suburbs in the next five years, compared to just 15 per cent in the south-east and north-west.
