The company has made no specific recommendations for how the update should be applied to affected users. However, Windows 10 has been plagued by numerous technical problems, so Microsoft has decided to move forward with a comprehensive fix for those affected. What's Next for Windows 10 October 2018 Update?

If everyone who has been following Windows 10.1 has their hands full, the company plans to roll out the October update for all Windows 10 users. While the rollout started at 9:30 a.m. EST on Tuesday, there is still no official date yet for the update to roll out. Windows 10 October 2017 should hit Windows Store on Oct. 27.
