The Times reported that, "At Google, Mr. Rubin, 41, has been a chief executive since 2011 and co-founder since 2012, according to his lawyer, Eric Schmidt, a former executive chairman of Alphabet. "He has a long history of sexual misconduct at work, according to documents that he has provided to the Times."

In short, his accusers are pretty much all being told to stay silent.

Here's what we know so far about the claims against Andy Rubin:

The Times reported that in one of his earliest interviews with The Times, a woman said that he tried to get her to drop out of Stanford when she was 23 and that the University's policy of not accepting women "made it impossible for her to get out of work without him."

While there's no mention of this in any of the other interviews, the Times reported that he described her as "a great friend of mine" and "a wonderful person who worked hard to help me get up from my bed every day."

At the end of that interview, the woman reportedly made clear that she had been sexually assaulted by a man who had been her boyfriend and that he was "very nice to her."
