The jet was being repaired by the Russian Air Force, Konashenkov said.

The man then tried to run, but the shot bounced off of his head and hit a fence, according to the Star-Telegram. The man was knocked unconscious.
The man was found with a gunshot wound to the face and one wound to the head.
