‬The slurry is only one component of an ongoing process

‬The slurry is only one component of an ongoing process known as the "Pizza-Flood" that has been underway in South West England for nearly a decade’. The first eruption of the plume is called a "Pizza-Flood" on March 21, 1992, after residents threw up in the streets, leaving thousands homeless. The plume is believed to have been a result of the large volume of heavy rainfall that washed ashore from the surrounding Thames and caused the evacuation of up to 20,000 families. The massive plume is not considered a public nuisance, but is an ominous sign that a plume of toxic ammonia is in the air.

In a blog post, the Pizzagate conspiracy theorist has claimed that the "Pizza-Flood" is the result of a "global conspiracy" between Russia and the United States. In his blog post, he went on to write:

In the name of the Russian empire, we have come to the conclusion that the Russian government is responsible for creating a massive plume of 'Pizza-Flood.' This plume is a great cause for concern. It is an indication of the ongoing global conspiracy. Russia will not be held responsible, but it is in a state of emergency. Russia will be the leading party in the world in order to put an end to the 'Pizza-Flood'. I am not sure about the actual cause of the 'Pizza-Flood.'‫

It's true that Russians may have contributed to the plume, but it's far from conclusive.

‬It is possible that some of the debris was sent by the US government, or even by a Russian ship that went down to the Thames.

‬However, this mass has yet to be caught up with the other debris,‬ and it is the result of a nationwide "Pizza-Flood."

The United States has an active "Pizza-Flood" program, as in Operation Wetback. The US National Park Service has prepared a "Pizza-Flood Report" for the National Park Service in the fall of 2012. The report has been issued for the first time to help authorities understand the "Pizza-Flood." In an interview with Wired in January 2012, the park service chief, Michael Vickers, was quoted as saying that the "Pizza-Flood" is the result of a "Global Pizzagate" conspiracy:
