The New York Post reports that the officer's manager, Lt. Daniel A. Cohen, told the Post that the officer was "extremely intoxicated" when he allegedly forced her to strip down before giving her oral sex. According to the Post, Cohen said that the recording was of Cohen's boss — who was "very drunk" — and she was "very uncomfortable at this time." This is disturbing because Cohen said that he would "take her into the car and put her on a chair and have sex with her in the office with him."

The Post's article also refers to a video recording of Cohen allegedly having oral sex on his boss, but the NYPD did not release the video.

The Post also writes that the body cam is "in good condition" and that "one of the officers in the patrol car did not suffer a serious injury."

The Post points out that the video footage also apparently shows the officers getting a few minutes off the job before going on patrol. "The officers were then allowed to leave the car and back off the patrol car, which could have resulted in a seizure," the Post adds.

However, the NYPD's own internal investigation into the video shows that Cohen's boss made the same mistake he did when he was allegedly forced to strip down. According to the Post, Cohen, his manager, and one of his subordinates were involved in a dispute over a female NYPD officer's body camera, while at a precinct-level meeting, the NYPD allegedly told officers that their body cameras were recording a sex act. Cohen's manager, a former New York City police captain, told the Post that the video "is not a personal video" and that the officer's body camera is an ongoing, ongoing recording.

The officer involved in the dispute who had a body camera was named in a police report filed with the NYPD's Criminal Investigation Division, which is investigating the video. The NYPD also provided the NYPD with copies of the video and a report on its internal probe of the incident, which is in its second year.

While the NYPD's internal investigation into the video may have been incomplete, it does not appear that the body-cam footage that the NYPD is allegedly investigating is of a female NYPD cop who had a body camera in her waistband as a result of a sex act.

The Post reports that the officer whose body camera was allegedly taken may or may not have had a criminal record as a result of the sex act. However, it is clear that Cohen's boss and his subordinate were involved in a dispute
