The first is the European Union's (EU) Digital Gaming Regulation, which provides for a new national framework for regulating "digital" gaming platforms. The new national guidelines provide for the regulation of such gaming platforms in order to "protect the integrity of gaming ecosystems." This means that online gambling platforms should be regulated to include "games with a minimum of risk and, therefore, should not be regulated and regulated on the basis of an illegal online gambling system that can lead to a loss of the ability to gamble."

The second is the Australian Federal Police's Local Gaming Regulation, which provides for the government to provide a framework for regulating gaming sites and gambling sites for local authorities. The second rule states that, if a site violates "the Digital Game and Entertainment Act, the regulations and procedures for that site are to be provided in appropriate form and in a manner that respects the legitimate interests of the sites."

In addition, the first rule also states that "when determining to regulate, regulation or promote online gambling, the Commission and the relevant relevant authorities, for the purposes of this regulation, are to consider the extent to which the risks associated with online gambling are 'reasonable for the regulated environment.' "

The third and final rule states that "the Commission and relevant authorities are to review and consider the consequences and risks associated with the activity of sites which have not received any relevant legal authorities' approval to operate" in accordance with this regulation."

Finally, the second rule states that "if a site is located on a territory where the Commission will not act in the interests of the Commission and may not lawfully operate there, the Commission and relevant authorities are to consider the relevant risk and risks."

The fourth is a U.K.-based group called 'Digital Game and Entertainment Regulation,' which states that it is "deeply concerned" with the potential impact of gambling on other forms of entertainment for young people and has "called for the ban of online gaming and its other forms of entertainment" on the digital marketplace.

The United States is also an emerging digital marketplace where young people are using their online gaming to create entertainment.
