The ability to create a shared session with each client
The ability to create a shared session with each client or server was added in Windows 8, and is likely to be integrated into Windows Server 2010. Microsoft has been working on adding this functionality, so be sure to check out this post for more details.
Now that we've gotten this setup, let's try to start using it.
Start by opening the Windows 10 Enterprise for Remote Sessions program as a user, then click Start.
The first thing to do is to select the session that you want to use. You may find it is "Start Session".
With the Session selection selected, you should see an opening dialog.
You should see an "Enable Remote Session" option in the settings menu. Next, type "Network Adapter".
When prompted, click "Yes" and then "Yes".
Next, select the Remote Desktop Setup page.
Click "Continue" and then click OK.
You should see a confirmation box in the upper left.
Click "Continue" and then "Yes".
After the "Yes" and "Yes" boxes are ready, you should see an alert pop-up with the Windows 10 logo in the upper right corner.
To enable remote sessions we'll need to set them up in our local session. We will start our session with the IP address of our local computer.
Next, we'll configure our session. Start by running the following command: /etc/hosts.list
To get started on your local computer, follow this steps:
1) In the Windows host menu, right-click "Connect" and select "Network Adapter".
2) Click "Advanced" and then "Ok"
3) Click "Next", "Next", and then "Ok".
4) If all went well, you should see your local computer's IP address.
5) In the "OK" box, click "Finish" and then "OK".
6) In the "OK" box, click "Next" and then "Ok" .
Here is the configuration you need to accomplish:
1) Click "Continue" and then "Yes" .
2) Choose an IP address from the drop down list.
3) Select the IP address of your computer's computer network.
4) If all goes well, you should see a pop-up with the Windows 10 logo in the upper left corner.
5) In the "OK" box, click "Finish"
