The $17 million acquisition comes as ABL continues to focus on the development of smaller launch vehicles. The company has already delivered two Atlas V rocket for the Georgia spaceport, and ABL plans to launch a second one in early 2016, according to SpaceNews. ABL hopes to have these two rockets ready to launch in 2016, while ABL also plans to test this new rocket and deploy it into orbit before the end of the year.

The Kremlin said the results were now in and that the party government had called the vote for President Vladimir Putin.

The Kremlin has never won a presidential election in Russia and has repeatedly urged voters to vote for Putin in their local elections, which will take place this spring.

But the vote was seen as a sign the Russian leader wanted more from his people and called for more sanctions to be put in place against Moscow, but the Kremlin said there were no plans for any further moves to interfere in elections.

Putin also announced his intention to appoint a new head of state by the end of the year.

The Kremlin said it had been informed by the country's Supreme Administrative Court that it was ready to form a government based on the country's current constitution.

"We will continue to defend the rule of law and the rule of law in Russia", Putin told reporters.

The Kremlin blamed "political interference" by the United States and Russia's influence in Ukraine and the Ukraine crisis.

The president, who was elected on Monday, said he was concerned about the prospect of violence and he warned of "an escalating war on Russia."

Russia said it feared a "war on freedom, democracy and human rights", after Moscow accused U.S. President Donald Trump of trying to undermine the country.
