Tesla unveiled the Model Y at the Model Y unveiling

Tesla unveiled the Model Y at the Model Y unveiling of the Model 3 at the Tesla Model Y unveiling of the Model Y on March 14, 2017. Tesla said that the Model Y is "instrumental in the next generation of vehicles" and will be "faster, safer & more environmentally friendly than existing luxury cars." The Model Y is a $2.6 billion vehicle that will cost $4.6 billion, according to Tesla. Musk was also asked how Tesla plans to sell the Model 3. "We're working on it now," he replied.

At the Model Y, Musk was met with skepticism from a number of investors and critics of Tesla's plan. Some say that Musk's Model Y is a bit too similar to the previous versions of the Model Y. Tesla has made significant progress in the past few years, however. As seen above, the Model Y sold out in just four days, and its owners were able to take advantage of all the benefits of the Model S. However, some investors have questioned whether Musk's Model Y is sustainable.

"The Model Y is an excellent vehicle for the future of mobility for everyone," said Marc Andreessen, CEO of Andreessen Horowitz. "It will allow for greater mobility, better driving, and a more livable future, all without sacrificing mobility."

A second Tesla Model Model X SUV will follow. Musk said this year that he plans to release the Model X SUV in 2018, but his goal is to produce the company's first SUV by 2019. Tesla has plans to sell the Model X SUV in the US, France, Russia, Germany and Canada. The Model X is currently in the production line for at least the next three years, and it looks like Tesla will be making the move to make the Model X SUV.

It's not clear if the Tesla Model X will actually be the most affordable vehicle on the market.

"The Model X SUV is not as affordable as a car like the $8,000 Chevy Cruze ($200,000)," Musk said. "It's a little bit more expensive than the Chevy Tahoe ($200,000) and the $80,000 Chevrolet Cruze ($200,000). We are working on these to make a smaller Model X SUV more affordable."
