Stadia is one of the more popular game streaming services, but it's also one of the more difficult to support. At the same time, its technology is notoriously slow, with stuttering speeds of up to 60MBps on the Xbox One's controller, and its servers are not very responsive. The company has tried to address these issues through a mobile operating system, but has yet to offer any real-time game streaming or any kind of full-fledged online multiplayer, which would help it meet its bandwidth needs.

Even if Stadia is able to make it through its first two months of beta testing, it's not yet ready. Harrison said that the company's servers are "not in good shape," and that it plans to release a free service after the first month, but that "we're not at that point."
