The report covers two weeks, but it does not include the names of individuals or organizations on the intelligence community's most active list who have been sanctioned for their activities by the Obama administration.

The report was issued by the Senate Intelligence Committee, and is in line with a 2015 report that included the names of about 4,000 people from the U.S., Russia and Iran.

The report, dated Sept. 17, 2015, also includes the names of at least 1,000 individuals who have been sanctioned for their activities by the Obama administration. The CIA lists the sanctioned individuals at 3,500 and the FBI at 5,500.

The report includes names of several government officials, including former chief of staff Reince Priebus, former general counsel Stephen K. Bannon, former secretary of state Rex Tillerson, Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and others.

The committee's findings were first reported by POLITICO.

The report also includes names of individuals who were sanctioned by both the White House and the FBI. The FBI has already sanctioned at least 3,000 people during that period.

There were also names of more than 800 government employees, including U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, former director of the National Security Agency James Clapper, U.S. intelligence chief James Clapper, attorney general Eric Holder, FBI director James Comey, and other top officials.

The names of the sanctioned individuals in the report include a former CIA Director with ties to Russia.

Sen. Mark Warner (D-Va.), ranking member on the committee, said Thursday that the report confirms the Obama administration's "unprecedented" efforts to discredit those who opposed the president's agenda.

"The American people deserve a thorough and independent investigation into who was behind the leaks and who did not back down from their opposition, and it's important for the American people to know what happened," Warner said. "(It
