Now, Switch's "Swift Game Pass" isn't really a game that can be played on any handheld console or PC. (That said, it does have a limited number of modes to play.) Still, some of these titles have been on Nintendo's Switch for years now: "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" for GameCube, for example, was released last year.

That's certainly a lot of games to ask for at this point. Switch's own numbers are very similar. For example, at the time of its launch, the average price of an American Switch game was $60. The average price for an American Switch game was $60 for the Wii U version. (That's still more than half the price of a American Switch game.) Switch's own official website states that the average price of an American Switch game is $100.

If you're wondering what the cost of Switch's own software is, that's because the Switch software is currently available for $20 on the Nintendo eShop. That means you'd have to pay just $0.99 or more to play a Switch game from a handheld. It's also true that Switch doesn't offer a "buyer pass" where you can buy Switch games while on a Nintendo Switch.

Nintendo's official website states that "The Switch includes all of Nintendo's games for anyone who owns or has bought a Switch game in the past year or later." And that doesn't mean Switch doesn't include Switch games. In fact, even if you aren't on Switch right now, you still will get some Switch games. The official Switch game page lists all the games which you can buy without paying an extra $30, but we still recommend buying it for Nintendo Switch.

But what if you wanted to play a Switch game that was also on the Switch, but only on the Wii U version: The price? That's how we do it, too: Switch. But wait! We were actually surprised that the price of a Switch game was actually "higher" than the average price. It was $60.

That's right: It's actually about a third cheaper than the average price for a Switch game. And it's even higher than the average price for any Switch game (or other price-based game).

The above is just one of many stats the Switch wiki has on the Switch, and it's just one of many things that we've come to expect from the company. Switch's sales representative told us that the Switch's software
