Last August, the VA finally gave up on issuing claims

Last August, the VA finally gave up on issuing claims to veterans who would have otherwise received housing payments. The department said it was working with the Department of Veterans Affairs to allow them to file new claims within 90 days. In December, VA and the Department of Veterans Affairs jointly signed a memorandum of understanding for the Colmery Act to be amended to allow for housing payments to veterans. The Secretary of Veterans Affairs is currently reviewing the new requirements, and the new housing provisions are expected to be fully implemented by the end of the fall semester.

The world's leading international climate scientists have agreed to a review of the scientific consensus on global warming.

The consensus was set up by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) in 2005 and is expected to be accepted in a later publication.

The IPCC is a body that advises the UN's Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).

The international climate scientists agreed on in May that man-made global warming was "probably occurring" in the past century and the current one-to-one increase in extreme heat in the world.

But the IPCC said that there was too little research on the problem and the report was "not a good place to start".

The IPCC said the report was based on "an incomplete set of scientific research" and included "no consensus on the causes or the causes of climate change".

"We hope this will help to build on this progress and reduce the risk of climate change," said Peter Wadhams, a former IPCC member who said the IPCC report was in a "bad place" because it "dramatically contradicted the accepted scientific consensus".

The IPCC said it had not been consulted on the current debate on climate change, but that the IPCC's conclusions had been "quite clear".

"We are committed to a process that will ensure that the public and the science community can make a clear and consistent judgment regarding the risks of climate change," it added.

The IPCC said it would take "appropriate action to address the serious risks to human health from warming".

It said it had not had any significant impact on the level of scientific consensus on the issue.

The IPCC was formed by the Royal Society to consider the
