Update, 5:15 p.m.: The story below is from the Bloomberg story, and the company's own announcement notes that the first episode of Black Mirror is likely to be released by late 2011.AUSTIN (KXAN) – A Texas woman who was charged with using a deadly weapon for self-defense has been released from jail after the judge ordered her to pay $10,000 in restitution.

Lawrence Johnson, 32, was originally charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of a 13-year-old boy in early April. Prosecutors said she also used a knife for self-defense, which prosecutors said made her "a danger to herself and others."

Prosecutors claimed Johnson did not have a history of mental illness, and did not pose a threat to herself or others and that she was doing her part to save the child.

But Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has ordered her released, saying that's a violation of her right to free speech.

Johnson was also charged with reckless endangerment and negligent homicide following the shooting death of another boy in May.

Prosecutors said Johnson was a high school student, with a history of mental illness and drug use.
