The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR), an opposition group based in the northern city of Raqqa, said on Wednesday that four militants had been arrested in an airstrike near Tabqa.

The Observatory said three members of the group, named Asan, Abdul Nader, Sa'eed, and Abu Khdeir, were arrested on Wednesday at an airport.

At least 10 ISIS members and at least 40 more suspected terrorists were arrested, the Observatory said.
