As you can see, the cost of implementing these new rules to OEMs is a bit more complicated than most would expect. As you can see in the chart below, most OEMs will be paying a premium to get the latest version of Google Chrome, while some will be paying a premium to get the latest version of Android. The chart also shows how Android OEMs will be split into competing tiers in terms of price, which are as follows:

Google is expected to release Android Oreo for the first time this year, which will be followed shortly thereafter by Android Marshmallow and Android 7.1.1.  These changes are expected to increase the amount of time Google takes to update its Android software. It's also expected that Google will be using a new version of Android for its Nexus devices, which is slated to arrive on the market in Q4 2018. (Google plans to roll out the latest Android 8.0 Oreo by the end of 2018.) As you can see, Google is trying to keep as much information as possible about what Android Oreo will do to the Android ecosystem, as well as the Android ecosystem itself. The Android 8.0 Oreo will replace Android 7.0, and Google is apparently planning to make the update to Android 8.0 a free software update.(CNN) CNN's "New Day" host and co-founder and CEO Jeff Zucker said on Monday that the CNN "screwed up" when he first suggested that President Donald Trump's former campaign manager Corey Lewandowski was being treated unfairly during a campaign rally.

"I think it's a very unfortunate situation," Zucker told CNN's "New Day" panel. "It's not the first time this has happened, and we have to be very careful in all our dealings with the president and his surrogates."

Zucker, who has been a longtime supporter of Clinton, said the situation "will not go away."

"I think the president's surrogates will not be in a position to say what happened, because there are a lot of things that are not right with what happened," Zucker said. "You'll have to come back to one of our points that this is not normal behavior. This is what you're supposed to be doing. And by the way, when they say that they didn't do it, it's true. They didn't do it. And they're trying to avoid questions and making their case, but it's really not normal behavior."
