Apple's new iPad Pro comes in three new models: the MacBook Pro, iPad mini, and the new iPad Air. For those who're already running Apple's updated App Store or who are looking for new things to enjoy, this is a good time to get your hands on them. The first three models are available in an array of colors including black, red, and gray. The fourth one comes in a new colorway, and comes with a new Apple Pencil. That should be interesting to see, because it sounds like the iPad Pro is going to come with a Pencil that you can use to draw in Photoshop. You'll need to be a bit more patient with that because it will take a few days just to get it to look like the iPad Pro or even more like it.

One thing to note before we jump into the new models here, is that while the previous models look different, they're not the same. That said, the new iPad Pro is no different than the previous iPad Pro. It's a slightly thicker model with a slightly bigger display, and it's less heavy than the iPad Pro. It's also slightly thinner, with a little more space between the two, because it's lighter than the iPad Pro.

The new iPad Pro also comes with a new pen (which I'll be using at showtime to add some extra shading to my art, for better contrast, more color saturation, and the like), and that's a big plus. There's also a new backlit screen (which looks like a lot smaller than the earlier version's), and there's a new 2.3MP camera on the back that Apple says will let you capture and share images at up to 80 frames per second.

So, what's the point of all this? Well, it's not like the latest iPads or even the iPad Air have ever been more capable than the recently launched iPad 2. I've got two iPads on my desk, and I can run one on my iPad with iOS 8 (although I don't believe that's the case), so these new iPad Pro models are going to be an excellent way to spend an afternoon and get used to the new iPad Pro.
