A 3.5-liter V6 is connected to a 6,800-rpm dual-clutch automatic transmission that starts the engine for a maximum of 20 seconds after the engine is turned on. The three sequential rear-wheel drive transmissions are powered by a dual-clutch gearbox, which is capable of turning the car 180 degrees and 60 degrees at the same time. The optional three-seater interior is equipped with a front-drive spoiler, which can be adjusted to adjust front-drive and rear-drive range.

The 2017 Infiniti QX60 has an 8-speed manual transmission, which should be an option in the future. It looks more like a standard Infiniti QX50-powered sedan than a traditional 2016 Infiniti model. There are four 5.0-liter V6s in the QX60, as well as a five-speed automatic transmission.

While most of the QX60's range is provided by the Infiniti QX50-powered models, there are also a handful of four-wheel-drive versions of the Infiniti QX60 that can be found in the Infiniti QX60 Premium range. The Infiniti QX60 Premium comes with a 4-door hatchback with an optional three-door hatchback with an optional four-door hatchback. The Infiniti QX60 Premium includes a 6-speed automatic transmission and a six-speed automatic transmission. The Infiniti QX60 Premium includes the optional four-wheel drive version with an optional four-wheel drive version.

The 2018 Infiniti QX60 is equipped with a four-wheel-drive version of the Infiniti QX55 Hybrid, which can be found on the Infiniti QX60 Premium range and is available in a number of different models. The Infiniti QX60 Premium includes the optional four-wheel drive version with an optional four-wheel drive version.

The 2018 Infiniti QX60 offers two different hatchbacks with an optional three-wheel-drive version of the Infiniti QX50 Hybrid. The 2017 Infiniti QX60 Premium includes an optional four-wheel drive version of the Infiniti QX60 Premium with optional four-wheel drive capability; and the Infiniti QX60 Premium includes a four-wheel drive version of the Infiniti QX60 Premium with optional four-wheel drive capability.
